- Weeks 1–2: Weeks 1–2Arrival transfer, welcome dinner, town and equipment orientation, technical coaching around Fernie’s five bowls, and a day trip to Kimberley.
- Week 3: Week 3Steeper terrain, teaching practice and one-to-one coaching. An instructor careers workshop and optional avalanche training are available.
- Week 4: Week 4Three-day Level 1 riding and teaching assessment, followed by a celebration. Ski tuning and optional sidecountry touring are available.
- Weeks 5–6: Weeks 5–6Begin Level 2 technical and teaching development on moguls, steeps and off-piste terrain. Optional cat skiing/boarding and volunteering opportunities may be available.
- Weeks 7–8: Weeks 7–8Further all-mountain coaching and one-to-one feedback. Optional freestyle certification and off-snow activities may be available.
- Weeks 9–10: Weeks 9–10Final Level 2 preparation, with optional Castle Mountain and winter camping activities.
- Week 11: Week 11Four-day CASI Level 2 assessment of riding and teaching, followed by a graduation celebration and farewell dinner.

Where you stay
Red Tree Lodge
Near downtown Fernie, with mountain views and en-suite rooms. Room setup follows the selected booking option. Facilities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, bar and restaurant, common and games rooms, movie room, ski tuning and storage, heated boot room, kitchen and laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. Weekly housekeeping and fresh linen are provided. Included breakfasts and evening meals are served in the lodge restaurant.
Fernie Local Houses
A limited number of houses near the lodge and downtown are reserved for Nonstop riders. Twin-share or private rooms are available, with shared living space, kitchen and laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping. Guests cook their own meals and share snow-shovelling duties. Lodge facilities, including the hot tub and games room, remain accessible.

Your transfer will leave from Calgary Airport at 18:15 on the start date of your course. Allow time to clear border control. If travelling by air, opt for a flight that lands by 17:00.

Your transfer will leave from Fernie in the morning and arrive at Calgary Airport by approx. 13:30 on the end date of your course. If travelling by air, opt for a flight that departs after 16:30.

You must ride blue/red terrain safely and in control, with a good level of general fitness. Solid intermediate technique is required.
