I’m Thanh, a skier, traveler, and software engineer. I picked up skiing a few years ago, and it quickly became one of my favorite ways to explore new places and meet people along the way. Since then, I’ve traveled to mountains across the U.S., Canada, and Japan, and I’m always looking forward to the next adventure. I also love building things, so combining my love for skiing, travel, and technology through Powderscape has been a fun and rewarding experience.
Heidi
I’m Heidi, a Nevada-based snowboarder and instructor at Palisades Tahoe. I love exploring new mountains, helping riders build confidence, and connecting with people who share a passion for snow. In my previous corporate life, I worked in marketing. These days, whether I’m teaching, working on my own riding, learning to ski, or planning a trip, I’m always excited to learn something new and spend more time in the mountains.
Why we built Powderscape
The idea came about while we were searching for ski and snowboard trips and clinics ourselves. We found information scattered across Facebook, individual websites, Reddit threads, and word of mouth.
There were so many incredible options, but finding the right fit took a lot of searching. We wanted to bring those options together in one place so others could spend less time searching and more time looking forward to their next adventure. Whether you’re hoping to build your skills, explore a new destination, or meet people to share the experience with, we hope Powderscape helps you find something that feels right for you.

How a listing gets here
Start with the company’s trip page
We research ski and snowboard camps, courses, and trips, then create listings using the information on each company’s official trip page.
Organize and standardize the details
Every company describes its trips in its own way. We organize and standardize those details into the same fields on every listing, from ability level to what’s included, so you can compare your options more easily.
Include the source and date
Each listing links to the company’s trip page and shows a “Details as of” date, so you know where the information came from and when it was checked.
Free for skiers and riders, and always will be.
You never pay us, and using Powderscape never changes the price you pay the company.
Our role
Powderscape helps you discover and compare trips. The independent trip companies featured in the directory operate, price, sell, and manage those trips. All bookings, payments, and trip arrangements are made directly with the trip company.
Powderscape is a directory, not a travel agency, tour company, or booking service. Listings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Prices, dates, availability, and other details can change, so always confirm the latest information on the trip company’s official page before booking.
Corrections and removals
Accurate and useful listings matter to us. If you represent a listed trip and would like us to correct, update, or remove it, email us with a link to the Powderscape listing and a description of the requested change. We also welcome corrections from travelers and other readers.
