  • Can confidently ski all red runs in any conditions and easy black runs in good conditions
  • Are able to parallel ski groomed red pistes with limited stops
  • Enjoy groomed pistes and prefer to avoid bumps or icy slopes

  • Building Balance – How to use your ankles, knees, and hips.
  • Understanding and Experiencing Steering Movements – What makes a ski turn, and what can we control?

  • Output Focus – Performance Indicators, how to train yourself.
  • Timing and Coordination – When and why to use each of these skills
