Myoko Butterdojo X TRS: Groundtricks Fundamentals

A special collaboration with The Butter Dojo, led by founder Kai and coach Michael, for riders ready to pick up gratori from the ground up.

Operated byThe Ride SideGuide Service; Camp

Gratori is Japan’s flatland ground-trick style — built on flow, precise board control and clean technique, rather than big air and hard landings.

Riding Level: 04 Strong Intermediate

Min level: 4 — strong intermediate and up

This camp drills the foundations everything else is built on, from board control and presses to your first spins, in a low-consequence, high-creativity way to level up: no park, no kickers, just you, your board and any mellow run turned into a playground. The group is capped at six riders with a dedicated coach, so you get plenty of time and attention throughout the camp, and you’ll leave with the building blocks and the muscle memory to keep progressing long after. Pre-requisites: – Confident linking S-turns – Comfortable riding switch (or ready to develop it — it’s the foundation for everything here) – A ground-trick board (we can provide one if you don’t have your own) What we’ll cover: – Individual riding analysis – Basic board manipulation drills – Basic presses (butters) – Body movement training – Scissoring – FS nose compass and FS tail compass – Press spins and press-spin combos – An introduction to drive spins
