- A visit to Mustang Powder will usually entail skiing or riding both open bowls and steep tree runs.
- Within our ski area we have a lot of both steep and moderate terrain, with our steeper terrain ranging from 30 to 50 degrees.
- We normally ski 12-17 runs per day.
Ability
- Guests must be, at minimum, strong intermediate skiers or expert snowboarders capable of skiing or riding knee-deep powder snow, possibly more after a big storm, in the backcountry.
- Snowboarders and telemark skiers need to be accomplished, experienced and able to handle all backcountry conditions including treed terrain.

Where you stay
The magnificent timber frame construction of the Mustang Lodge is a work of art. The high elevation of the lodge (1740m / 5700 ft) means that the views from the lounge, dining room and bedrooms are spectacular.
All guests have private bathrooms, with some single bedrooms also available.
Getting There
Mustang Powder Cat Skiing guests will meet our meeting spot 44 km west of Revelstoke or 28 km east of Sicamous.
You will travel to the lodge on the evening prior to the first day of your holiday.
All Mustang Powder guests are flown to and from the lodge via helicopter transfer, weather permitting. The cost is $165.00 CAD each way.
Since helicopter flights are weather-dependent, snowcat transfers will be provided at no cost on no-fly days.
Regional and international airline service is also available to Kelowna International Airport with direct flights from Vancouver, Prince George, Edmonton, Calgary, Seattle, Toronto, and Honolulu.

Good To Know
You have the choice of forming a full group of 12 or 13 with your friends, or booking as a solo, couple, or smaller group – and we will slot you into a cat with other guests.
Peak season at Mustang typically books out quickly, often with returning guests. We recommend inquiring a year in advance to be on the waitlist for your desired dates.
Guests are limited to 35 lbs of luggage, including your ski/snowboard boots, in order to comply with safety requirements of helicopter transfers.
