Terrain
- The vast tenure spans over 86,500 acres of mountain terrain featuring steep slopes and treed runs.
- Highest elevation: Yeoward Mountain, 2,140 metres (7,000 feet); lodge base 1,400 metres (4,600 feet).
- 10-20% alpine / gladed; 90-80% sub-alpine / trees.
- Ski runs are between 300 – 800 metres (1,000 – 2,500 feet) long.
- Average annual snowfall: 14 metres (46 feet or 550 inches).
A typical day
- A typical day might have you ski 7 to 12 runs per day and about 15,000 to 20,000 vertical feet.
- There is no limit on the number of runs we will do in a day—it depends on the ability of the group.
Ability
- You should be an advanced/expert rider as we do not have beginner terrain.
- You should have some experience off-piste, be able to handle deep, backcountry powder, and be comfortable skiing and traversing amongst trees.
- GKLL reserves the right to restrict guests from skiing or snowboarding if they are not able to safely keep up with the group. No refunds are available for these guests.

Getting There
Shuttle transfers to and from Kelowna International Airport are included.
Shuttles depart Kelowna between 3pm and 4pm on arrival day. Guests arriving after these times are responsible for organizing their own transport to the lodge. Due to safety reasons, we cannot accept guests arriving at the lodge after 10pm. On departure day shuttles arrive back in Kelowna in time for flights departing after 9pm.
Guests are strongly advised to build contingencies into their travel plans and arrive into Kelowna the day prior to avoid missing any skiing! Preferred rates are available with partner hotels.

Good To Know
The first day of a tour is arrival day (no skiing). Guests are welcomed to the lodge between 5-6pm on this day. All subsequent days are ski days, including the last day of the tour.
We require a 25% non-refundable initial deposit to reserve your space. An additional 25% payment is due by May 1 and the remaining 50% balance is due on October 1.
All guests are required to read, agree, and sign a digital copy of our Release of Liability Waiver prior to booking.
GKLL highly recommends all guests purchase a Trip Interruption and Cancellation Insurance policy.
Catskiing is physically demanding. It will be beneficial to start a physical conditioning routine for a couple of months prior to your arrival.
We can provide you with skis and snowboards but boots are up to you—please be sure to bring them.
Personal avalanche safety equipment is not permitted to be used.
Our reservations for the season are first offered to our guests who skied with us in the previous season.
