Terrain, ability and group
Extremely Canadian is geared towards adventurous advanced-intermediate to expert skiers/riders. This event is for both skiers and snowboarders! We don’t mix skiers and riders on the mountain, but we meet up for lunch. If you can ski/ride an un-groomed "Black Diamond" run at your home hill, then you belong with us! Skiers/riders are placed in small groups of similar ability.
LEVEL 4 + / Advanced Intermediate: Able to link parallel turns with pole plant. Can ski groomed black runs, and venturing into the off-piste. Would like to explore more varied terrain.
LEVEL 5 / Advanced: Able to ride/ski strong parallel turns with a pole plant on black and easy ungroomed black runs. Learning, short turns, off piste, moguls, powder and more difficult terrain.
LEVEL 6 / Experts: Enjoy the challenge of skiing/riding in control in all conditions and terrain and want to refine these skills. Eats double black runs for breakfast.
