Adding to the experience, we will show you a range of lesser known ski resorts in the Iwate region. These ski resorts are smaller than your typical mega resorts but each with its unique charm and lure. Expect little to no lift lines, wide open piste runs and absolutely no competition for pow on powder days. In total, you can expect to visit up to 4 different resorts in the area.

Day by day
Meet the group at Iwatenumakunai Station and hop on our private shuttle directly to Crowne Plaza in Appi Kogen, our home base for the week. After check-in, get to know the team and your group for the week, and settle in for a big week of riding ahead!
Throughout the week, we will be taking the group to explore Appi Kogen and the rest of Iwate’s local ski resorts. At each resort, we’ll be splitting the group up according to skill levels and showing you the best terrain your group are comfortable with.
Each evening, our team of hosts will check the latest snow and weather conditions to pick the best resort for the next day, and give you tips on how to layer up properly!
Breakfast is included. Ride out with your hosts in small groups by skill level. Your hosts will guide you to the best lines for your ability, show you how to get around the slopes safely —and help you level up through the week.
grab lunch, continue riding with new friends, go back to our favorite runs or start apres-ski early – it’s up to you!
Unwind at the hotel’s onsen, eat, drink and hang out with the group. Dinner at the resort is provided.
Just like that, it’s Saturday again and you’ll be off to your next adventure, on or off the board – but this is not goodbye, it’s see you again!
If you’re heading to another location and would like to arrange for Ta-Q-Bin/ Black Cat to do a pick up for your bags, we’ll bring you to the nearest outpost on Friday evening before 6PM.
