Getting to Disentis, Switzerland:

By Plane:

Zurich Airport (ZRH): Approximately 2 hours by car.

Rental Car: The trains are excellent in Switzerland that we would strongly advice you to not get a rental car unless you really want to. Rental Cars are Available at Zurich Airport.

Train & Buss:

Take a train from Zurich Airport to Chur, then transfer to a a train that takes you to Disentis.

There is no need to book tickets in advance as the train will always have room for you and your ski luggage.

Itinerary

  • Sunday afternoon arrive at your hotel
  • 15:00 (3pm) | Check-in (Can vary depending on the hotel)
  • 18:00 (6pm) | Meet and greet in the hotel lobby
  • 19:00 (7pm) | Dinner for those who booked a camp including Hotel.
  • If possible avoid arriving with a plane late in the afternoon as it can cause difficulties with the connections to the hotel.

What skis should I bring to a Freeride Camp? Freeride Camps | Level 2-3: The Binding must be possible to walk up the mountain with. Ski boots with pin's and walk mode is a must have on the advanced freeride camps!
