Terrain, ability and group
These courses will offer you the opportunity to explore, learn and take your skiing and skiing experiences to the next level. Our Les Arcs course is a balance of guiding and instruction from our team that live there. They know La Plagne and Les Arcs better than anyone.
Minimum requirements for this course: Skiers who are competent to ski off piste Backcountry for full days, Level 5 and above. Skiers who have a good level of fitness to ski all day off piste in all conditions, with a break for lunch. Ability to get up unaided after a fall is essential.
Welcome to the vast playground of Paradiski. A huge ski area with immense amounts of off piste. Les Arcs is made up of 4 interconnecting villages. Head in one direction and you come to the huge Vanoise Express double decker cable car to whisk you over to La Plagne and the impressive Bellecote glacier, or choose from Arc 1600 – Arc 2000 and the Aguille Rouge at 3226m.

Accommodation
Accommodation options: We suggest accommodation in Arc 1600, 1800, 1950. Or alternatively stay at the Basecamp Lodge in Bourg St Maurice – just a short walk from the main funicular travelling up to our meeting point.
Getting There
- Meeting Point: The top of the Carreley chair lift, accessible from 1600, 1800, 1950. Monday 09:30.
- By Air – Fly to Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble or Chambery. By Rail – The closest station is Bourg St Maurice, transfer up to resort by funicular train.
- Transfer operators: Ben's Bus, Snowbus, Altibus, Mountain Rescue, White Rides.
