- Lift tickets are not provided with this trip; everyone should get Epic Local Pass or Epic Pass. Get Epic Local Pass for $829 (as of 8/8/2026) at www.epicpass.com, or Epic Day Pass $538 (5 Days, with "ALL RESORTS" and "NO PEAK DATES" options). The pass price will go up few times through out the summer/fall.
- $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

Where you stay
Dec 18-20 departure: We will be staying in a big Okemo Mountain house, with 5 bedrooms & 1 loft, 11 beds (4 king/queen beds, 7 single beds), 3 baths, 1 full kitchen, 1 mudroom and 2 living rooms. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 5 minutes walk to Sachem Trail of Okemo Mountain Resort. Features: Private hot tub, indoor wood-burning fireplace, built-in wood burning fire pit, private & secluded yard, balconies, game table, wet bar, patio, ski/gear storage, free WiFi, TV, kitchen, dish washer, microwave, keurig coffee maker. Jan 22-24 departure: We will be staying in a big vacation house located in Grafton, 6 bedrooms, 9 beds (1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 2 sofa beds), 3.5 baths, 2 full kitchens, and 4 living rooms . We will max out at 14 people. The house is 30 minutes to Stratton Mountain Resort. Features: Private hot tub, private deck, mountain views, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, fire pit, indoor fireplace, free fast Wifi, large TVs, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

Dec 18-20 departure: Depart Date: December 18th, 2026 Friday. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier. Jan 22-24 departure: Depart Date: January 22, 2027 Friday. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you. Depart 4:00 PM from Queens (NEW): (Northeast Corner of 39th Ave & College Point Blvd) 133-03 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354. Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (1/2 block from Asian Jewels) Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036. Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S. Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446. $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage. Return: Depart from Okemo at 3:30 pm on Sunday and expect to arrive at NJ at 9:00 pm, midtown NYC around 9:30 pm & Flushing at 10:00 pm LUXURY RIDE: We will provide a fully loaded new MB Sprinter Van or a Volvo XC90 SUV for transportation depending on the group size.
