  2. Step 2: January - June Mountain DayTake the camp on the road for a day at authentic and stunning June Mountain. Experience new terrain, fresh perspectives, and the joy of exploring somewhere different.
  3. Step 3: February - Heart Health, Rhythm, and PaceExplore the connection between heart health and performance on the mountain. Learn how rhythm, pacing, and mindful movement can help you ski and ride stronger, longer, and with more ease.
