Day by day
- Step 1: GudauriARRIVAL DAY (Saturday or Tuesday for 3-Day package and Saturday for 6-Day package)Arrival at the Tbilisi International Airport and transfer to Gudauri ski resort (Marco Polo Hotel) that will take about 2 hours. You will check in at the hotel and have to attend safety briefing at about 4:30 PM in the arrival day evening or next morning before starting heliski, if you appear at the Ski resort late in the evening.
- Step 2: Gudauri – SKI DAYS ( 3 or 6 days depending on package )Breakfast at the hotelGuests arrive at Heliksir hangar at 09:00 AM (or it may be different timing according to what guides will decide. Of course, you will be informed)Checking and groupingGearing up for the dayThe first group will lift off at approximately 09:30 AM (Depending on meeting time at hangar). Good To Know
For Multi-Day packages, a deposit of 30% of the package price is required to confirm your space. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your package’s start date.
If the amount of Guaranteed VM is not reached by the end of your package, then you will receive a refund for the un-skied vertical metres at a rate of 150 Euros per 1000 metres.
If you reach the amount of vertical meters included in your package before the end of the Multi-day program, and you would like to keep skiing, you can purchase additional vertical meters at a rate of 150 EUR per 1000 meters per person.
Please note : 12–27 February is reserved for the 2027 FIS Freeride World Tour Series in Mestia (Svaneti)
To take part in any of our programs, every guest is required to sign a Release of Liability/Acceptance of Risks agreement.
