Not Included
Trip goers will provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass. Get Ikon Base Pass for $1,019 as of 8/8/2026 at https://www.ikonpass.com. This is the best price we have for this trip, and the pass you get will also be good for our other Ikon Base Pass or Ikon Pass mountain trips. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

Accommodation
We will be staying in a big vacation house located in Grafton, 6 bedrooms, 9 beds (1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 2 sofa beds), 3.5 baths, 2 full kitchens, and 4 living rooms . We will max out at 14 people. The house is 40 minutes to Stratton Mountain Resort. Features: Private hot tub, private deck, mountain views, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, fire pit, indoor fireplace, free fast Wifi, large TVs, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.
Getting There
Depart Date: Jan 8, 2026 Friday; Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/van will depart sharply on time with or without you. Depart 4:00 PM from Queens (NEW): (Northeast Corner of 39th Ave & College Point Blvd) 133-03 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354. Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (1/2 block from Asian Jewels) Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036. Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S. Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446. $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage. Return: Depart from Stratton Ski Resort at 3:30 pm on Sunday and expect to arrive at NJ at 8:30 pm, midtown NYC around 9:15 pm & Queens at 10:00 pm LUXURY RIDE: We will provide a fully loaded new MB Sprinter Van or a Volvo XC90 SUV for transportation depending on the group size.
