You can almost feel that indescribable energy that connects our mountain, ski town, and people. We call this The Breck Effect. Keystone Resort is a ski resort located in Keystone, Colorado, United States. Since 1997 the resort has been owned and operated by Vail Resorts. It consists of three mountains - Dercum Mountain, North Peak, the Outback - and five Bowls (Independence, Erickson, Bergman, North and South Bowls) offering skiing at all levels. The three mountains are connected by a series of ski lifts and gondolas and access from two base areas called River Run and Mountain House.

The pass price will go up few times through out the summer/fall.

Accommodation
We will be staying in a big end unit townhouse in Keystone CO, 4 bedrooms with high quality mattresses, 8 beds (2 king/queen beds, 6 single beds), 3 baths, 1 living room, 1 dedicated workspace, and 1 fully equipped kitchen with new cherry cabinetry & granite. We will max out at 10 people. The townhouse is 4 minutes drive to Keystone, 23 minutes drive to Breckenridge, and 1 hour 40 minutes from DEN airport. Features: Free shuttle at the front door, shared hot tub, sauna, heated outdoor pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, free WiFi, TVs, washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Essential Provided: Shampoo, body soap, towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper

FLIGHTS (Please Book Yourself) We have booked these flights, currently costing $374.00 (as of 8/8/2026): United Airlines UA2826 - Wednesday, Apr 7th 2027 03:30pm LGA -> 05:48pm DEN United Airlines UA2033 - Monday, Apr 12th 2027 05:40pm DEN -> 11:16pm LGA These are the most direct & the cheapest flights available, and closest airport to NYC. Book as early as possible as flight price goes up as trip gets closer or even SOLD OUT. You may book different flights, but airport transportation to the house may not be available on your arrival and departure times. GROUND TRANSPORTATION Daily round trip transportation from the condos to Breckenridge & Keystone is included. Round trip transportation from DEN airport to the house is included if the flights are the same as listed above (or earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight). If your arrival flight and/or departure flight are within 15 minutes of our flights indicated above, we can still accommodate you on airport transportation. We can use the vehicle to go out for dinners, and other activities as well.

We will accept Early Bird $200 deposit this season before Oct 16th 2026 to secure your spot. Regular $250 deposit when Early Bird spots have sold out. (The balance $369 is due for shared bed or $409 for own bed by Oct 16th, or the deposit will be forfeited). Early Birds $569 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package (Price will go up on Sept 1st or when 50% of all tickets are sold whichever comes first). Own single bed upgrade from shared bed is $40 extra. Regular $619 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package afterward REFUND POLICY: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking Full refund minus $40 processing fee if cancelled 30 days in advance 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days of the trip No refund for cancellation or no show within 15 days of the trip; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $40 processing fee Full refund if the trip is cancelled TRAVEL INSURANCE: To protect your trip, consider buying travel insurance, around 5% to 7% of total cost, and you can get reimbursed 75% to 100% of the cost for any reason for cancellation or trip interruption.
