Freeride into the wild, with experienced mountain guides.
We avoid tracks and pistes and stick to the untouched snow of South Tyrol’s stunning mountains.
There are different groups for different skill-levels, and you can take part in the camp if you’re at least an intermediate skier or snowboarder. If you love the idea of fresh, deep snow – you’re going to have a good time!

Terrain, ability and who it is for
- There are different groups for different skill-levels, and you can take part in the camp if you’re at least an intermediate skier or snowboarder.
- The teams are formed depending on the freeride skill level. For freeriding we will have 2 groups based on skill level.
- The amount of hiking varies from trip to trip and is determined by the current weather and snow conditions, as well as the team's desire to hike. Thus, ski touring/splitboard equipment can add a lot to the experience, but it is not a mandatory part of the equipment.
- From this isolated Italian town, the lift will take us up to 3250m, where every freerider finds their dream: shocking alpine views, endless powder and perfect slopes.
- When the weather is nice, we go to the higher areas on the glacier, and when it is snowing we choose the forests below.

Day by day
We reserve the right to change the program. The final program plan depends on the weather, snow conditions, ski/snowboard skills and stamina of the team.
- Day 1: ArrivalArrival during the afternoon to the mythical town of Solda / Sulden am Ortler. On the way, there is a possibility to stop in the toll-free mountain village of Samnaun, where petrol, alcohol, tobacco, and perfumes are especially cheap. We meet in the bar of hotel Nives and share some pizzas and beers with the powder hunter's excitement in the air.
- Day 2: Teaming up!After a hearty breakfast early in the morning, we meet our guides at the main gondola and get some insights about the snow conditions and route plans. Most likely we start skiing with a top to bottom off-piste on the classic route, so the guides can measure the skiing/snowboarding levels of the team. Based on that we form smaller groups and continue scoring the powder turns and couloirs. The evening starts in the lobby of the hotel where we share our knowledge of avalanche safety followed by a nice welcome dinner in an amazing Michelin recommended family restaurant.
- Day 3: Night rideFreeride as much as we can, the groups and exact routes will be decided by Olaf, the leader of the local mountain rescue team. After spending a great day off-piste, everybody will try their avalanche transceivers and probes on the field of the avalanche safety center.
- Day 4: Big climb & wellnessUsually the longest and most complex freeride tour starts with some climbing on the glacier if the weather allows us.After this exhilarating experience, we chill out in the amazing wellness center of the most elegant hotel in the town, then we celebrate with a farewell dinner with beloved Italian cuisine in the family restaurant again.
- Day 5: Last rides & departureAfter breakfast, everybody can enjoy a more relaxed day at their own pace on the already well-known tracks before heading home with aching legs, sun-kissed cheeks and everlasting memories. The time of departure is flexible, depending on how long the journey home takes.
